Breath Alcohol Testing
Federal DOT testing regulations require that an evidential breathalyzer testing device otherwise known as an (EBT) must be approved by the NHTSA, for alcohol testing use. The EBT machine must be operated by a trained breath alcohol technician.
Getting Breath Alcohol Testing Results?
The EBT unit gives instantaneous results. The results are then attached to an Alcohol Testing Form (ATF) by either a printed label, or they are hand written. A copy of the test results are given to the donor and the employer, or party conducting the alcohol test.
